|Noelle Shen - a perfectionist at work - has deep experience working in Advertising and has created some talked-about campaigns both online and offline as she is talented in aiming at the key point through analyzing clients’ appeal. Noelle’s passion is making comprehensive judgment of creative and presenting it logically and acceptably to clients. Her experience in connecting brands and consumers in the most engaging and deserving ways was gained through working with global and local clients such as Pepsi, Starbucks, Tiffany and Fedex since she joined BBDO China in 2007. Noelle’s strategic thinking and accurate creative idea have helped a number of clients meet their creative challenges with precision and impact. In 2014, Noelle joined Deep Focus as creative director - charged with leading the team to offer creative solutions ranging from online to offline for clients, and a lot of pitches have been won under the leadership of Noelle.
